  16. 1. Try an ATX1 or X2 or so in the dial string. - See the Result
  17. Code Table for your modem (what a manufactor/model?) Don't let
  18. the modem report a "No Dialtone" (blind dial)!
  19. Some Modems have also a register to setup the dial tone
  20. detection (ZyXEL)
  21. and:
  22. 2. Add a , (comma) between the 9 and the phone number to let
  23. your PABX find a free outgoung line and generate the dial tone
  24. So your dial string may look like this:
